Has anyone had the opportunity to replace the thermistors in their battery boxes? I had a bad one in my rear box and replaced it with a spare that came with the truck, only to find out that the replacement was 82k ohms and not the 33k ohms that were spec on the charger manual. The result is that the rear box shows up with a themp of 104 when the front is at 56. That causes the charger to kick out of the bulk charge cycle early and just about totally miss the 2nd phase moving right into the float. I'm not getting full charge and thus undercharging my pack every time.

I've looked through the Mouser catalog but I think I must be missing something because I can't find an NTC thermistor that looks like the one I took out of the truck.

Anybody got a part number from Mouser or digikey or any of the other parts houses?

Dang, I figured that would be a pretty common thing. I'll see what I can find out.

Digi-Key has a number of options, but most aren't in stock or require a huge order (4000 pcs)!

The one they have is part number PNT121-ND, $1.06 each. I hope it works for you -- Please let us know, so I can buy some for spares!

Thanks Tom. I'll give it a try.
